Our Leadership

Joseph E. Mahoney, Executive Director, has a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester NY, and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. He has been Executive Director since 2010. He is a former United States Marine and previously worked for Catholic Charities USA as a Disaster Response Officer and Catholic Charities of New Orleans as Program Director of Disaster Assistance. 
Ida Rhodes, Director of Programs since 2000, has over thirty years’ experience in the social work field, with accreditation in the Mission Based Leadership and Organization Development, University of Notre Dame and as a Cornell University Family Development Credential Program Supervisor, as well as numerous certifications for various prevention programs.   Ms. Rhodes has extensive experience in successfully managing the agency programs, government contracts, and grants from public and private sources.

Shanna M. Farmer, Director of Advancement, oversees all grants, contracts, fundraising, marketing, and public relations for the agency. Shanna has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with minors in Mass Communications and Leadership Studies from CSU-Pueblo, where she also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the President's Leadership Program. Prior to joining Catholic Charities, Shanna worked in higher education, politics, and publishing.

Claudia Donnelly, Director of Quality and Evaluation, oversees all program data analysis and ensures fidelity and quality in program implementation and data collection. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Education Curriculum & Instruction. Prior to joining CCDP as an AmeriCorps Vista Volunteer, Claudia served as a Family Advocate for the Migrant Education Program in Alamosa, Colorado; Claudia is fluent in Spanish.
Kristin "Anu" Keiley, Director of Adult Programs, has a BSBA in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo (CSU-P). She is the Program Coordinator for Project ACCESS and ReHire Colorado, a position she has held since January 2017. Prior to that she was the Job Coach for ReHire Colorado. Anu has been with Catholic Charities since June 2015. She is also an adjunct professor at CSU-P, she teaches International Business, International Management and Business Ethics. She is also a combat veteran with 12 years of service in the United States Army and three combat tours to Iraq and Kuwait.
Lindsay Reeves, Director of Early Childhood Programs, has a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and is experienced in program development and evaluation, leadership strategies, community collaboration, strategic planning, and quality improvement. Lindsay has more than five years of experience as a community health strategist focusing on population health initiatives to improve communities and has a deep understanding of Pueblo and its disparities. She is committed to the greater good and values a career that incorporates collective impact with a high level of organization, communication and professionalism.
