Joseph E. Mahoney, Executive Director, has a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester NY, and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. He has been Executive Director since 2010. He is a former United States Marine and previously worked for Catholic Charities USA as a Disaster Response Officer and Catholic Charities of New Orleans as Program Director of Disaster Assistance.
Ida Rhodes, Director of Programs since 2000, has over thirty years’ experience in the social work field, with accreditation in the Mission Based Leadership and Organization Development, University of Notre Dame and as a Cornell University Family Development Credential Program Supervisor, as well as numerous certifications for various prevention programs. Ms. Rhodes has extensive experience in successfully managing the agency programs, government contracts, and grants from public and private sources.
Erika Retzlaff, Director of Advancement, oversees all grants, contracts, fundraising, marketing, and public relations for the agency. Erika attended Colorado State University-Pueblo for undergrad where she received her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with minors in leadership studies and business administration. She is currently continuing her education at Colorado State University Global, pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Strategic Digital Information Marketing. Erika began her career with the LAUNCH Together Pueblo team at Catholic Charities where she currently serves as the Director of Advancement.
